Untuk makluman pemohon promosi hari raya 3.50% seperti yg diterima SMS ataupun Flyers adalah PALSU. Harap jangan tertipu dgn agen yang tidak bertanggung jawab , berikut adalah email dari deputy vice president MBSB

Dear All,

We have been receiving calls from our customers either directly, through our Branches and our Call Center that there are Agents out there who are distributing flyers, sending SMS trying to mislead them by saying that MBSB is offering a Raya Pakej at 3.50%. As mentioned to some of you personally and also during our meeting at Eastin Hotel, MBSB have no intention or planning to introduce Hari Raya package at 3.50%. I assume that this is the initiative of the sub-agents and urge you to inform them (and your staff) to stop this practices, it is misleading the public.

I have received strict instruction to remind you to observed the ‘Code of Ethics’ and will not hesitate to take serious action against those flouting the requirement.
